Refund and Return Policy Due to the digital nature of our PDF patterns, all sales are final. PDF patterns cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience any issues with your download, contact us for assistance.

For physical products, returns or exchanges may be accepted under certain conditions. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs may apply. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

  • Images from our website and patterns are the property of Pageant Patterns. You may not use our images to promote products you sell. Please use your own photography for marketing purposes.

Shipping Policy PDF Patterns: All PDF patterns are provided as instant digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped. Upon successful payment, a download link will be emailed to you. If you do not receive your pattern, please check your spam folder or contact us for support.

Physical Products: We ship physical products to customers within [list applicable regions/countries]. Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. Shipping costs, delivery times, and tracking details will be provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Pageant Patterns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
