Digital Products (PDF Patterns)
Due to the digital nature of our PDF sewing patterns, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on digital downloads. Before purchasing, please carefully review product descriptions and ensure you have the correct materials and sewing experience needed for the pattern. Physical Products
We accept returns or exchanges on physical products under the following conditions:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition for a return to be accepted.
- Return shipping costs may apply, except in cases of damage or defect.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that have been used, altered, or show signs of wear

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
